I was diagnosed with a sprained SI Joint, had pain for years but a small amount of MCT oil each day has kept me pain free. I wish I had found this stuff years ago. Several of my friends have now started using this product and are just as pleased with the results.

Danskin Ultimate Abs Ball with DVD Review

(More customer reviews)I saw this at the store and it was a decent price, I have problems doing crunches/situps so I thought this would be something to at least try.
It's great! The dvd is also very good. I like the trainer, she's nice and the peanut is used for for several things like a stability ball. Not only that but laying over it and rolling stretches the back, it can feel really good.
Also, the peanut material doesn't seem flimsy or thin. I'm trying to recall if it's referred to as "burst resistant" I'm not sure but I am a big girl and being on it doesn't worry me a bit.
Totally recommend this.
