You dont view a Cheeto the same way when you are done. Experienced lots of energy, overall good feeling, flat tummy, felt ready to start my nutrition over with no junk food. Booklet very helpful, and instructions great and fiber and detox pills kept me a little full. Follow the instructions and you will feel great. All natural products. A little pricey but you can do several detox with one box. My husband and I have done them around Jan. 2 and after the July 4th.

The company does not list complete ingredients that are used in their products, which is a violation of the FDA guide lines. They also use a weak preservative system, so your product is likely to later become useless once the product is opened or used. There are much better product lines out there to use than this natural disaster.

My wife shared this 15 day program with me and we both shared the weight loss experience.
We loved it!
Now this weight loss isn't "water weight" since you drink liquids throughout. * Most common question I get asked. *
Part of it is the solid food removed from your intestines but overall my face looked thinner and I had to make a new hole in the belt.
Amazing for only 8 days!!!

The negatives are that the taste after a whole becomes boring.
Like over eating on the same food.
My tongue produced some weird layer which I had to remove with a brush - maybe toxins?

(More customer reviews)I did the Master Cleanse for 20 days and this kit had everything I needed for a great price and at Amazon's very low shipping cost it was a great deal. These are the highest quality products recommended and while you may certainly deviate, I chose to follow the advice of thousands of others (catalogued in Peter Glickman's book, Lose Weight, Have More Energy & Be Happier in 10 Days) who had already done the Master Cleanse. You may find these products in high quality health food stores in big cities (though probably not at this package deal!). I live in a rural area and so obtaining these items online was more convenient for me.
