Relatively speaking, I believe that this is the best BCAA product around as it also contains Citrulline Malate and Glutamine, most other similar products do not. It's great to drink pre, during and post workout. I usually just take 1-2 scoops pre and 2-3 scoops during my workout. It really does help in reducing your recovery time, in boosting your energy levels (endurance) and giving you a nice pump during your workouts.
I've tried the lemonade (5/5 stars) and watermelon (4/5) flavor, which in my opinion taste great.
The lemonade flavor is really strong and tangy, a little bitter if not mixed well though. The best way to really mix xtend is by using a shaker cup, then letting it sit for a few minutes. It takes a few minutes to really dissolve, once it does it rarely (if ever) tastes bitter. The watermelon taste good too (almost like a jolly rancher), a little more subtle and sweeter than the lemonade flavor but still very good. You really can't go wrong with either, but I prefer the lemonade flavor.

I've had just about every sugar free drink under the sun, and there is absolutely no doubt that Biotest's Spike Shotgun is the undisputed king of them all. Many people don't like that "mechanical" taste you often get with most energy drinks. Spike Shotgun doesn't have that. This tastes better than most sugary sodas in general, let alone energy drinks.
Please though, DO heed the warning label on these cans. Never consume more than 2 within a 24 hour period, as this is some pretty intense stuff (probably a good rule of thumb with any energy drink though). And given how good it tastes, you'll definitely be tempted to. It's that good.

Ingredients are all natural, no hormone stimulants, and it is without question, the best tasting nutritional supplement I have ever tried. Seriously.

(More customer reviews)I'm used to not-so-good tasting protein shakes, but I recommend mixing this with cranberry or orange juice, with just water it has a bit of a funk. I'd try another flavor besides Wild Berry Blast.
Besides that, it is a good product, but the serving size means 2.64 pounds will only last you about 2 weeks (if you are only using once a day).

Some people knock the price per serving, not taking into account that you don't need twelve servings a day. Serving size is two scoops, the label of course will treat you like an idiot and tell you to take 6 of them if you weigh above a certain weight, but we all know that's not necessary. I take four single scoops--upon waking, pre and post workout, and before sleep. Improves recovery time, decreases intra-workout fatigue. Promotes lean tissue growth. Mixing is weird, I use a shaker bottle and distilled water, I still have flakes floating around and precipitate at the bottom. Doesn't matter, its all going down the hatch! Taste is good, not great, but for the price and effect, I love it.

(More customer reviews)I bought these pills to help me lose baby weight. When I read the information inside the box on how to take these pills I realized that Green Tea Diet Pills were a joke. The info said to take the pills three times a day (hard to remember right before my meal), eat a 1500 calorie diet and exercise for 45 minutes/6 days a week. Based on the information, I was wondering why take the pills? Anyone can lose weight on 1500 calories a day without exercise!
I did not lose any weight on the Shiff Green Tea pills. But I do think my energy level was increased a little. Not much that I noticed but it help me get throught the day.
I think I am going to try the Shiff Time Release Green Tea pills and see if that product is better.
I will not buy this product again.
