I felt more tired instead of having energy and I was also more hungry....do not buy this product. It may be cheap but still not worth wasteing your money..

I've cut back on using it but still have several to use so I've tried taking them again but I get such painful bowel cramps I'm tossing out what's left. I've used lower dose pills made but another company without problems.
