(More customer reviews)Be aware! I used this product too late in the day, (about 2pm). Give yourself a pillow of time, though it states 6 hours of power, it gave me 10-12 hours. This would be a GREAT product if it suppressed your appetite.
The taste is yucky; very bitter, but it works.

(More customer reviews)I ordered some of these because I couldn't find them in stores and I LOVE THEM!! I had eaten the regular promax bars in the past, but the sugar content was just way too high. But they really do have the best tasting protein bars, so when I saw they were coming out with a low sugar variety I was so excited to try them!! And they taste great and have 14 grams of fiber and 18 grams of protein per serving!! That is seriously just awesome, how often do you find that much protein and fiber in 1 bar???? Never! Plus they have vitamins. So this is my new rush hour breakfast when I'm hurrying out somewhere! I'm ordering more today!

(More customer reviews)I started off with the Mocha gels, whose taste I loved but the caffeine was too much for me, started to feel kind of light-headed and dehydrated. I typically drink just one cup of black tea in the morning each day, which gets me through the whole day, so you can see how sensitive my body is with caffeine.
So I switched over to the uncaffeinated Chocolate version (Amazon's listing of ALL these flavors being caffeinated is flat wrong, just go to the Cliff Blok Gel website to verify) and have been extremely happy. Delicious taste, zero stomach problems, and carries me through my long 2-3 hour runs, during which I'd suck down one of these babies about every 45 minutes. It's true that they go down a little easier with a few mouthful of water, but even without the liquids, they are far from bad tasting!
