I have that extra energy to make my work-outs "worth-it". I take it every morning before I train. I love the naturalness of the product, it don't make me feel nervous, shaky and I do not crash. I tried Dexatrim for a while to help maintain my weight, and Ignite Maxx and LepToThin working in tandem had NONE of the yucky side effects. Ignite Maxx was a nice and constant burst of energy that didn't leave me feeling jittery or keep me awake at night. I've seen some of the other reviews that said Ignite Maxx caused heartburn: it didn't for me! But I always took it with lots of water and with a sensible meal. LepToThin helped to control nightly cravings for me--I also actively changed my diet, though, after all--it's not a miracle! If you continue to eat and lounge around exactly the way you did before, you can't hope to have awesome results with ANY supplement. The previous reviewer's complaint seemed more like a user's problem to me. I have recommended this to other friends too who want help with weight management. Thumb's up for me!

You NEED to exercise and eat right, and you should take a fat burner to help your body burn fat faster.
I tried a few different fat burners, but most of them made me sick or jittery. After looking at the ingredients labels and seeing how much caffeine & chemicals were in other fat burners I stopped taking them.
Fat burners are a good tool to help you shred fat while working out and eating properly - I show some before and after pics in my video review.
Obviously fat burners aren't the main thing that helped me out, but I did shred fat quicker when I was taking it!

(More customer reviews)Well, I'd really like to rate the item; however, when I opened the package, an oily substance spilled on my shirt because the bottle had been pried open & then closed again to look as if it was new.
In other words, someone had pried off the top without breaking the seal, broke the inner styro & took half of the capsules - breaking the other capsules in the meantime, so that the poor unsuspecting consumer - me, in this case - would have the pleasure of having the oils inside spill on them upon receipt.
So... my advice is beware. The company immediately refunded my money, but I'm probably never going to buy this product again - & I'm certainly not going to purchase it from this company again.

I first started using these to lose weight. I am 49 and am slowly starting to join the club of people that gain weight. I have pretty good eating habbits but sometimes binge. A couple of months ago, I was consitently carrying around about 12 pounds too much. Since I have been using slimzil, I have lost about 8 pounds. I still use slimzil but now more just for the extra energy.

(More customer reviews)I only had a few pounds to lose and not expecting anything out of this product I went from 169 to 160 by the time I finished. I didn't change my workout, in fact I probably worked out a little less do to work. Energy was excellent!
The one negative I would give it is that when I went to reorder some I found it difficult to buy some for less than 50 so I waited. I went through major caffeine withdrawl. headaches that came pretty close to migranes. I don't suggest taking 6 a day. Or just never run out haha.
Overall I love this product. I definitely recommend it
