bed time. Every morning I have a bowel movement.It has a
great cleansing effect.
Just be careful and try to dilute it if you are a first time user.
Because this product contains SENNA a form a laxitive
and can cause abdominal cramping if misuse.
I gave this product a three star for the abdominal cramping
I had experience. and A five star for the weight I have lost.

I drink it before bedtime and by morning I'm ready to go and for the rest of the day, my stomach feels so much better. Going to try the detox one, hopefully it will help as well as this one.

(More customer reviews)Over the years, I have tried several remedies for constipation. The extra strength Nutri-slim tea is by far the most effective and least harsh on my system. I have a history of issues with constipation, but when I drink a cup of this tea 15 minutes after my meal, I can rest assured that I will need a bathroom break in about 35-60 minutes. I have tried the extra strength 3 Ballerina tea, but it seems to take much, much longer to work for me. Extra strength Nutri-slim works EVERY time and it doesn't take long. It cleans the system fully. I drink it warm 15 minutes after lunch and dinner and it has never dissapointed me. I use one tea bag per cup, steep 5 minutes, and sweeten with one sweet n low. The results are remarkable (the taste is less desirable, but not bothersome). Clearing my system naturally helps keep my weight down. I have a noticeably flatter stomach when I drink this tea. I also have noticed a decreased appetite when I drink this tea. I purchase the tea at the local Chinese store. It is very inexpensive and always available.

I suffer from PMDD and around this time of the month I gain between 10 to 15 lbs as I suffer from severe water retention and constipation. Laxatives and fiber tablets do not work for me. I now use diuretics and one or two cups of this tea to feel relief. The nurse in my doctors office was shocked when I lost 12 pounds in the span of a week.
