(More customer reviews)I am working with a colonic hydro-therapist who has a slightly different instruction set than comes with the product...I used the product while working with her a few years ago and I cannot say enough about the terrific job it did. As I started the cleanse I transitioned quickly onto a raw food diet and suffered no ill effects. The cleanse worked perfectly and after the first week I experienced a lift in my energy levels that was really quite remarkable.
In the intervening years I slipped back into some pretty sad dietary habits, regained the weight that I had lost and felt more and more tired.
I went back to her a week ago asking that she work with me again and that I do another cleanse, under her supervision. She agreed, and tomorrow I start another cleanse.
I have every confidence that the results will be just as wonderful this time, as they were the before.

I have a chronic illness and do not take any medications; just use their products and I stay in remission! Great for vitamins and minerals if you don't eat enough veggies. Mix it in a smoothie with Cranberry juice, 4 oz of fruit yogurt, any frozen or fresh fruit, Tbsp of honey and some ice in a blender with 1 tsp of Super Food...........DELICIOUS!!

(More customer reviews)I ordered this with trepidation. I've never been able to swallow green food mixes, other than Green Magma (which is not "mixed", but just barley grass). Wheat grass makes me gag. Literally--cannot swallow it. My body rejects it and I gag and spit it out. So, over the years, trying green foods trying to find something I can swallow has been trying.
Well, there ya go. This one works.
I ordered it on the basis of numerous positive flavor reviews and I liked the list of nutrients/enzymes.
30 calories per serving of 8 grams= 1 g fat, 2 g protein, 4 g carbs (2 g fiber), 65% Vit A, 30% of C and K, 15% of B12 and Riboflavin, 6% of iron and manganese; organic grasses (wheat, barley, alfalfa, spirulina, spinach, broccoli, chlorela); with antioxidant from maca, acai, carrot, rose hips, beet, pineapple, green tea, acerola cherry. Fiber from apple pectin, organic oat powder, organic flax seed powder. Also L acidophilus, peppermint, Siberian eleuthero root, and sea salt.
The flavor is pleasant. It's like the taste of bitterish dark chocolate bars with a grassy undertone that isn't offputting. It's not like it's a chocolate malted or anything, but it works fine for me. I can drink this. I do not gag. Yay.
I will reorder this. I like the healthful profile and the flavor. Big bang nutritionally for few calories.UPDATE: Okay, I didn't really expect a noticeable effect from this (I mean, I've had superfoods before and didn't suddenly go change the world or anything), but I have actually noticed an uptick in my energy after adding this to my pre-workout smoothie and my pre-chore protein drink. I've been adding it to BSN sytha-6 chocolate protein mix with an extra teaspoon (heaping) of Raw cacao (organic), and it's a nice flavor combo. I think it would be great with a banana, too, for extra potassium (a chocobanana vibe).
Maybe it's placebo. Who knows? But as I wasn't thinking I'd notice a change, maybe not. But wow, I do feel an energy surge in the afternoon when I usually have a slump and I get through my 55 minute personal training session with more oomph.

I would take it 2-3 times a day and noticed a drastic increase in hair growth and the level of fullness. My body was apparently lacking something that was in this product and once it got what it needed then my hair showed drastic improvement. It works from the inside out and realistically if you purchase the ingredients such as Mangosteen, Acai, Pomgrenate and the others then you would spend a fortune. It's just too expensive for these power foods. Trust me, I've tried many and this by far is the best on the market. It gives you so much energy. Diet and nutrients play the most important role in removing body ailments and maintaining or even curing diseases. I also recommend it's sister product. Macro Greens. EXCELLENT!!!!

(More customer reviews)I started using Miracle Greens in June of 2005. I was tired, frequently experienced URI's, including sinus infections, and had no stamina. Now it is nearly December. I have lost 10#, without really trying to (but then I have a lot to lose), have had no sinus infections, colds, or flu. I use Miracle Greens as my breakfast 5 days a week. I mix MG with milk, juice and frozen fruit for a "smoothie". I am surprised at how well it satisfies me. I also relax a bit realizing that if my eating doesn't go well the rest of the day, I have at least started with a good dose of "vegetables & fruits." I am very pleased with the product and don't tend to be one who "sticks with" supplements. This is one, however, on which I am SOLD!

(More customer reviews)I definately appreciate this product for the good feeling I have after using it; it is a solid player in my detox routine. I first tried mixing it with apple juice but did not like it. I think it goes well with blueberry, bilberry, raspberry or cherry juices. It's not something I want to sip, I just shake a scoop with 6 oz or less of juice in a small Mason jar and knock it back. No big deal. My wife likes to mix it half and half with Kyo Green and she likes the flavor better that way.
Several different merchants sell this on Amazon, be sure to check the price because it varies greatly.
