After one week of healthy eating and excersize, my normal routine, I noticed several positive changes in how I felt and looked. To be brutally honest, I was hopeful, but very skeptical - To my surprise, my waist lost 1 inch and I felt increased energy after 1 week of daily use. I don't know if the positive results had any correlation with my mood, but I felt more positive and energetic. I recommend this supplement for anyone wanting a natural aid in weightloss - I never felt gittery or anxious (My immune system is extremely sensitive, I feel side effects from vitamins).
