They are dense, but filling and need to be eaten with a large glass of water. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in Fitness and working out. They taste great!

(More customer reviews)So I was around 255 lbs before my first hit of Mass Tech. By the time the package was empty a month later the scale said 266 lbs. DAMN! Thats what you get with 1000 calories and like 85 grams of protein per serving when mixed with milk. One serving however will fill you up, you gotta pace yourself when taking it. Want big? Get this stuff boy
