(More customer reviews)I tried Special K Protein Drink, Slimfast and Atkins. All three had the same number of calories. The Slimfaast and Atkins are sitting on the shelf while I buy more Special K. The Special K taste is rich and satisfying. Atkins seemed watery and Slimfast had a metalic aftertaste. I am becoming a fan of all things Special K. Have tried their Meal Replacement Bars and Snack Bars and the Protein Water. I like them all. Yes, they have artificial ingredients and sugar in them. But they are helping me to lose weight, and that is what I am looking for.

(More customer reviews)These bars taste great and are what I call do-able nutrition. They are not 100% healthy (most products aren't), but they are a healthier alternative than a candy bar for example and have great taste compared to other protein bars. Even though the amount of protein is not that high, it's still better than no protein. I use them as a meal replacement or a snack.
