(More customer reviews)I have been taking for a few weeks now. When I first started taking this product I followd the directions. I took one in the morning with water and then one later in the afternoon with water but I still had a very healthy appetite and was not losing any weight. But, when i started taking Mega-T a half hour before I ate, one before breakfast and one before lunch I had NO appetite! I wasn't even in the mood to eat! I have since started loosing inches in my waist and losing pounds. Of course I am working out but not really watching what I eat. lately i haven't even been eating dinner because i am NOT hungry :) I just wish the makers of Mega-T would say more precise wording on how to take the product.

(More customer reviews)After trying several cleansing and diet products with acai berries and disappointed with each one I was skeptical about this product but for $5.00 I couldn't pass up. I was amaze at how well it suppressed my appetite. I felt like I had lots of energy and was not jittery like most products. I had extra bowel movement but no cramps and it didn't give me diarrhea. I am drinking a lot more water and I feel a difference in my metabolism because in the morning when I wake up I am starving! I don't eat as much as I normally would have and lost 1/2 on the first day which is not bad. I am excited to see how I do after incorporating my running and workouts with it. Loving the results so far!
