It curbs my cravings, and gives me energy, but no afternoon crash. I highly recommend it. The ingredients are natural, as far as I know, and have helped me loose weight and mantain it. I take it 30 minutes before working out. One of the good things is that you only take one pill daily, not 4-6 like the other fat burners...It's been my salvation!!!! And the service, shipping, is always on time!!!
I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs a boost for loosing weight and working out. Awesome product!!!

(More customer reviews)Forget creatine! Creatine did nothing for me. But less than one hour after taking this carnitine, I wanted to get up and do stuff! I felt strong and energetic. This creatine is good for alcoholics because the alcohol interferes with carnitine production in the body. It is also good for vegetarians and people who don't eat much beef and ham. I wouldn't take more than one a day of this stuff. I'm doing fine with just a half dose a day. It might give you a headache if you take too much.
