It curbs my cravings, and gives me energy, but no afternoon crash. I highly recommend it. The ingredients are natural, as far as I know, and have helped me loose weight and mantain it. I take it 30 minutes before working out. One of the good things is that you only take one pill daily, not 4-6 like the other fat burners...It's been my salvation!!!! And the service, shipping, is always on time!!!
I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs a boost for loosing weight and working out. Awesome product!!!
