Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin (as white willow bark), it also includes some capsicum, a pepper derivative intended to act as a thermogenic along with the other factors. This product will give most people some energy, may give some people jitters, and almost certainly will cause sleeplessness if taken late in the day. It has an appetite supressant effect for most people, also, which is actually one of its merits, as this product is commonly used for weight loss. On the downside, it does not stay effective for very long, you simply adapt to it. For that reason, I would suggest no more than a couple of weeks on it, then a week off. In my case, I take less of the capsules than they show as optimum, even when I am on it. While I am not a medical expert, my guess would be that this product should probably not be used by those with heart disease or hypertension, as it is a pretty powerful stimulant. One thing about using it for weight loss, also: while it does supress the appetite in most people, IF you continue to overeat, don't expect much in the way of results from it. Using this raises the metabolic rate a bit, but won't overcome grossly excessive caloric intake.
