We were VERY disappointed when we found that it had a totally disgusting after-taste not to mention it doesn't taste anything like Strawberry. For those people that think this tastes good, I feel bad for you because your taste buds are obviously gone. If you think we are wrong, please get a strawberry eat it and then take a drink of this and see if it reminds you in any way of what you previously tasted before ingesting this pepto-bismol like shake.

These people have terrible business practices and no one should buy from them, their are plenty of other sellers on here go with them.

(More customer reviews)I have been an Atkins fan for years but recently fell off the bandwagon and gained a lot of weight...due to my stupidity. I have recently gotten back on the plan and wanted something to fulfill the mid-afternoon hunger pangs and sweet tooth.
A lot of Atkins followers say that the shakes should not be used in the initial 14 day induction period as they will stall weight loss. However, I have asked various people on the Atkins site and I am told that it is not the case. You are able to consume one of these a DAY and count it towards one of your 3 sweets.... What I do is open one, have half of it around 11am and the other half around 3-4pm.
The Vanilla flavor to me tastes best since I am not a chocolate type of guy. The new Aseptic containers are a cool change away from the old aluminum cans....and honestly I think make the stuff taste better. I always have had a thing for aluminum in that it makes drinks taste metallic...sort of...hard to explain but its probably me.
Get some of these if you are on Atkins and or looking for a shake to suppliment snack time....

(More customer reviews)I'm not a body builder, but I'm trying to lose weight and slim down. I use the whey 42g liquid protein shot as a supplement, 2 a day. I have a lot of weight to loose and find it very difficult to get enough lean protein in my diet without going over my daily calorie allowance. These shots make it possible. I've tried the fruit punch and Grape so far and both taste good. Not that they are like candy, but I've tasted a lot of shakes that are far worse than these. Thank you IDS!

(More customer reviews)Take 4 16 oz water bottles, pour out a little less then 1 oz from each bottle. Pour a little less then 1 oz (bottle is 3.8 oz) into each bottle and shake to mix into water. You barely taste the flavor and you've gotta get your water in anyway. The Fruit Punch is the best. The grape and orange are tolerable mixed in water. I'm going to try the Acai now since it's the only flavor available with free shipping.

It's packed with vitamins and nutrients, is low in calories and tastes great. I give them to my son who has special needs and they help to keep his appetite in check. He loves the peanut butter and chocolate bars. I tend to have dips in my blood sugar between meals and these bars are great as a "hold over" snack until I can eat a meal.
