Some of the great things about NO Xplode NT:
+ 1 packet of NT has the same strength as 2 scoops of the regular NO Xplode
+ Comes with a little container for storing extra unused powder
+ Easy to travel with a packet
+ Causes less churning of the stomach
Cautions:
+ Use 12-16 oz of water instead of the 4-6 oz they suggest
+ The Fruit Punch flavor tastes different between the regular and NT

The mixture is easy enough to use: take a scoop, mix with water, and drink it right before you workout. Easy enough. When I started using it, I did feel an effect; however, I was recommended another product, M.R.I. Black Powder, Blue Raspberry, 3-pound Tub and I must say that the Black Powder has a much more noticable effect than No-Xplode.
I tried this out beause I use the brand's Syntha-6 ready made protein shakes; however, I recommend the Black Powder product over No-Xplode.

I have been using NO-Xplode by BSN for months now. Along with my iPod it has been one of the main factors in me losing over 55 lbs and at least 30 of that was pure fat! Do the research people.. you will find that the fat burning qualities of this product aren't the only benefit. The 'pump' you get is only the beginning. The blend that is within the product allows for sustained workout times, faster recovery and healing of worked outmuscles, higher reps for weight training and even longer cardio sessions.. if you are doing that.. and you always should be.
It has become one of the base supplements that I have added to my routine. As always, you should do the research on anything before you jump into adding it to your body, and with teh internet.. that is NOT a difficult thing to do correctly. (More customer reviews)some BSN n.o xpode users take scoop after scoop, thinking that if they dont have that "wired" and "focused" feeling the product is not working...this isnt true...with the Caffeine free version, I can take 1/2 to one scoop after work before going to the gym and get a nice pump/blood flow going with no fear or anxiety, blood pressure worries, or crash. Just because you're not "jac3d" doesnt mean it's not working...just pay attention to your muscles...that said, taking a full scoop I do lose "attention" going into my second hour at the gym, so you may want to plan your workouts accordingly.
I am seeing better than average gains considering how small a serving I take. I dont want to burn out on a product too soon. I feel a pump in secondary muscles, like lats, that i've never felt before.
give this a try, dont expect miracles, but it's better than a cold start at the gym.

(More customer reviews)This product is definitely strong, if you need 200mg of boost this is for you. The only reason I didn't give full 5 stars was because I didn't get the boost I needed. I'd forgotten something they taught me in Bio that people with ADHD (it really does differ from ADD in its chemical imbalance) don't get a boost from caffeine, they get tired. I took a pill to get rid of a headache at the end of a hard day at work and before I could ride my bike home I was yawning and ready to hit the hay.
Absolutely nothing against this product, now I have a bottle of super sleep pills. Just putting this out there for people with ADHD to know what will happen if they take these.

(More customer reviews)For all you "label freaks" like myself-Guru Lite is the best "energy drink" on the market (I just wish it was twice the size). The fact that it contains Stevia-over nasty sweeteners such as Aspartame or Splenda is a Huge plus (not counting all the other garbage thrown in those other drinks.) The taste is definitely an aquired one. But for a guy who was downing 3 Sugar free Monsters per day (and my liver enzyme count showed it)...Guru lite has been the perfect replacement...(and my enzymes are back down to normal!!) Let that be a warning to those of you energy drink junkies slamming down 2-3 drinks per day.
Overall-Guru Lite is a great product-and while I love the taste of regular Guru, I'll take the 10 calories and no sugar versus 100 calories and 25 grams with the regular.

I don't like fake reviews, it makes it difficult for REAL people to know what they are purchasing. I will be removing this from my basket.
**One of the reviewers left a comment that they are in fact a real person and that he and his friend simply love the same products from the same company. If that is true, I would be happy to try this product and delete or update my negative review...I am waiting for other reviewers. PLEASE review this product if you have tried it. I rely on legitimate reviews when purchasing products of this nature. I am still uneasy about the other two reviewers...no offense. Please read the comment that was left regarding my low rating. I don't want to be unfair.****UPDATE**** I have been using the product for a few weeks. It hasn't killed me and have no bizarre side effects. In fact I seem to be experiencing NOTHING at all from this supplement. No additional energy. No movement on the scale. Nothing to the naked eye. I exercise and lift weights 5 days a week and eat healthy, I want to lose 5 lbs. So, while I am hopeful that some magic is taking place and cells are rejuvenating and my metabolism is gearing up, I have NO EVIDENCE of that. Next time I will save my money. But now no one can claim I didn't try the product before giving it a review. I am even MORE convinced that the 2 reviews I suspected as fake aren't real. I don't know how anyone gives this product 5 stars. I am giving it 2 simply because it didn't kill me.

Sure, there's a proprietary blend added into the mix, but not real indication of what it's meant to do or how it could ever be noticed. I can appreciate the need for a product hook of some sort, but one that is indistinguishable from a "generic" one is always silly and never really worth any special consideration.
As caffeine pills, it is what it is. If that's your goal, no worries. There just doesn't seem to be anything special here, so feel free to choose this or whatever other brand based on trust or price like you normally would.

BSN Cellmass Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate 1.76 lb (640 g) Review

(More customer reviews)I first took creatine about 10 years ago and it made me gain a ton of water in my body. It also made me constantly thirsty. I stopped after a month and never went back after that bloating experience. After getting back in to lifting the past year, I tried No Xplode which gave me the energy to work out hard. You have to get off No Xplode after a month or two because that one scoop doesn't work as well as the first month because your body gets used to it. Btw No Xplode does not advertise how much caffeine is in it.
Anyways, a budy of mine who used to compete in the amateur bodybuilding circuit told me to take Cellmass. He told me several times over and over until I finally did. I am really glad I did! Cellmass mixes very well with water and is not like the sandy creatine in other products. Cellmass' creatine is micronized which explains the ton of dust when you open up the container (trust me on this and don't inhale when you open the container or pour the scoop or you will sneeze). Cellmass does not make you bloat what so ever. I did notice the constaint gains in my bench presses every week. I gained about 15 lbs every two weeks and now am now peaked since I stopped taking it. It is amazing when you can't bench something and then a month later you are doing several reps of the same weight. I tried the NSM version of creatine which is cheaper in price, but it is very sandy and does not mix well with water. Save your money by not buying the cheaper forms of creatine. Cellmass is pricy but you really get what you pay for. I also noticed that my recovery time is extended by a day or two more since I stopped taking it. I only tried the grape flavor so far.

I've used it for staying awake during long rides home and for long periods of study and work, where time is of the essence. I haven't seen as many people b___ and complain about the consumption of coffee as I have about caffeine tablets. As to why people b___ and complain about the use of caffeine tablets in place of coffee is beyond me.

GURU Energy Drink, 100% Natural, Case Pack (24- 8.3Fluid Ounce Cans) Review

(More customer reviews)I personally am a connoisseur of energy drinks. I rely on caffeine for most of my projects at school and for late night coding sessions as well as marathon gaming. Although energy drinks can be considered a crutch, it's a lifestyle decision that many, many people embrace rather than attempt to avoid... I am one of these people.
That said, Guru Energy is fairly cheap ($1.25USD/can) if you buy it here off Amazon, it comes in the Redbull standard 8.3 fl/oz cans, and is shipped in a suprisingly lightweight and compact case (compare this to Monster, Rockstar, or any other brand with standard 16 fl/oz cans).
The taste, like Guru's website describes, is very indescribable. It is very sharp and light with a medium amount of carbonation. The caffeine buzz is more "natural"... it has more of an upslope and downslope rather than a sudden cracked out (which is arguably awesome too in its own respect) then big crash sort of feeling. This is because the caffeine in Guru is derived from 125mg of Guaranine (Guarana Herb) rather than synthetically separated then added. There is no mention about how much of the 125mg of Guaranine is real caffeine, but since Red Bull checks in at 80mg / 8.3oz it seems that Guru is in pretty good shape.
I think a particular good feature of Guru is that it uses cane sugar rather than high fructose corn syrup. I appriciate a good quality soda, particularly microbrew colas, and they often exclusively contain cane sugar.
So in summary, this energy drink is farily cheap, good buzz, all natural, and great for coding, gaming, or studying.

(More customer reviews)Do not use this product. Though it provided me with energy for my nightly workouts, after using it for 3 months my Liver Enzymes were through the roof. The danger of elevated LFTs for long term liver disease and permanent damage is great. If I hadn't gone for my routine physical I would not have discovered the elevation of the enzymes. As soon as I stopped the supplement, the enzymes reverted back to normal withnin a few weeks however. Lucky for that! This product should not be on the market. Period! Research it on the internet. You will find similar stories to my own.
