She likes these tablets as they are coated, and they have never bothered her. Now that she is running low on them we are seeking a reliable supply. I will probably start taking this brand, too. I like the D3 type of vitamin D. The calcium citrate is the best form of calcium, being readily absorbed and utilized by the body, as well as the D3 being directly converted and used by the body. It's simply a win-win all around.

I did read online to use a plastic spoon to stir it, not metal, metal counter acts with the effectiveness of the clay. Sorry not a very helpful review.
