(More customer reviews)This is my favorite of the new lot of Slim Fast 200-calorie bars. If you're doing two bars a day on their 3-2-1 Plan, it's also a nice break from chocolate. (I like chocolate as much as the next person, but not always for breakfast.) The bar is moist and almost buttery -- like a pleasantly chewy/lightly gooey homemade granola bar. I think the previous poster was reviewing a different bar (this one has neither chocolate nor, to my eye, almonds). It's just granola, dried fruit, and a sweet white yogurt "icing" on the bottom. Yummy!

(More customer reviews)This is the second Slim Fast bar item I have tried and I'm completely sold on the whole line now! This item was fantastic. It was very much a cookies and cream flavored bar. It was just the perfect amount of chewyness (I don't think that is a word) and was packed with flavor. This would be a perfect 100 calorie snack for anyone. Even my kids loved it and they don't typically like any of the healthy snacks geared towards adults. I highly recommend this product!

(More customer reviews)This is one of the bars that the name actually describes the taste and consistency pretty well. This is a very dry bar that focuses on the nuts and chocolate mix. Much closer to your Kashi or other healthy granola bar than anything else slim fast I've tried. Very very tasty though. So if you like almonds, definitely get it.

It tastes great, and I don't have to struggle with changing my routine, so my diet works with me! And, because the shake has more substance than piece of fruit, or a snack bar, it gives me the same morning energy support that I need to make it to my snack time (3 hrs later).

(More customer reviews)I hadn't tried Nutty Chocolate Chew before, so I thought ordering it through Amazon for a good price was smart. I'd think again. Either order directly from slimfast or from another store like WalMart. I just got my box today and it seems that the bars expired last August. I'm not a big expiration worrier so I tried one, and it's pretty stale. Maybe that's just the way they taste anyways, but I wasn't thrilled to have bought someone's old slimfast bars. By ordering it on here, you're not ordering directly from SlimFast.

(More customer reviews)I picked up my first Truffulls bar when I was looking for a bit of a sweet after lunch one day. These are low calorie (120),, include a nice hit of fiber (5 grams) and protein (8 grams) with relatively little fat (3.5 gr., 0 trans fat) and sugar (8 grams). It meets the needs for something sweet, tasty and chewy. I especially like the mint ones. Not bloated like energy bars, these are a satisfying little treat.
As I already incorporate lots of fresh fruit and veg in my diet plan, this occasional treat is permissible for me. If you are budgeting your sugar and fat, this is a good little splurge!
