(More customer reviews)Last winter I decided to try Defense. If I woke up with a sniffle I would spray 3 times, and then again around lunch. That's all it took. (Some people may need more.) I didn't get a cold all winter. I didn't even stock up on Vitamin C like I used to do. I believe in Defense. And it is so convenient that I take it with me. Then if someone coughs or sneezes I can take a few sprays later and reduce the risk.

(More customer reviews)I have only been taking this for two days so for right now there is no apparent difference in the hair skin or nails department. I have noticed that my urine is a bright yellow color so i have been drinking more water. The tablets have a smell to them which you do not notice after the first time. They are easy to take with water so the size is not a problem. Overall, an ok experience.

For the first month, I took one pill after each meal. Starting this month, I only take it after dinner since we eat really late. I did a glocuse test last week and my sugar level has decreased to a manageable/healthy level.

Whoever was complaining about the shipping, it all depends on where you order it. If you get it directly from Dr Schulze's site, shipping is only about $6. And trust me, this is way better than Emerald Balance. Just check the ingredients and the amounts of vitamins, etc.
This is the perfect match for me, it has given me the self esteem and confidence and energy I had when I was in my 20's!

I currently take a quality dalily vitamin, Chromium Picolinate, Gluco Care w/my meals .... and when I remember before a meal I take L-glutamine. I have PCOS which makes it a bit difficult to process sugar...I honestly feel this combo helps me keep the weight off. When I stop taking these just because I'm distracted by life & am not taking care of myself like I should be...a couple of pounds creep up. Actually 5-7 pounds...I'll then notice bloating & my rings feeling tighter....I then begin my routine and within 8-10 days I take off what could be water retention due to my body not processing sugar/carbs like it is suppose too. I love this product, plus it's 1/2 the price on Amazon. Yay.

It is a decent energy booster in the mornings (some mornings when I'm drowsy at my desk, drinking this tea helps to resolve my being tired). I can drink this tea after a heavy meal and it helps 'encourage' the digestive process so that I don't walk around feeling bloated with a full stomach. I workout 5-6 times per week (weights and cardio mix) and I do notice a slight increase in fat burning when I drink it at least twice a day.
Also, the shipments arrive VERY quickly.
