It is easy to administer, is gentle and helps to get your body back onto the right track. It detoxifies the liver, kidneys and lymphatic system according to homeopathic principles. Being a pharmacist, I was sceptical, but am now thoroughly convinced it is a fantastic product. I have used this program 3 times now and have recommended it to numerous patients and friends. (More customer reviews)I have done the Sambu 10-day deep cleanse every year for 15 years, sometimes twice in a year. The 10-day cleanse omits all solid foods and you subsist on what's in the kit. There is the elderberry juice sweetened with honey that you mix with water, the tea, the fiber you mix with the juice in place of meals, etc. The first couple of days are hard as in headaches from detoxing the blood and kidneys, but by day 4, I'm feeling so good about what I've accomplished and no lack of energy. I recommend starting on a Friday so you have the weekend to adjust and observe how you feel. By Monday, you'll be back at work and ready to tackle whatever comes your way. By day 10, I feel so good my sense of smell in particular is heightened, it's a good jump start to a weight loss plan. You start back into solid foods again slowly, and the flavors really jump out at you, you can use less spice/salt/sugar without feeling like you are sacrificing. I lose an average of 12-15 pounds each time. There are modified versions of this diet that allow you to eat food and there are 3-day kits and 5-day kits if the 10 day seems intimidating.

Hyland's - Arnica Montana 30x, 250 tablets Review

(More customer reviews)I was at a plastic surgeon's office one day, learning a technique in skin care. He told the patient that she needed to buy some of this "Arnica Montanicum" so that her bruising would resolve quickly. He told the next patient that if he used this orally BEFORE and AFTER surgery there was a good chance he would bruise less. I sort of stored the information away and later got a tube of it as a gel with a free little bottle of the pills in a gift pack.
AMAZING. Bruises that looked deep and purple, like blueberries at the crook of my arm, were just pale yellow and barely visible in 48 hours.
The next month, I tried the little pills, thinking they wouldn't really work as well. (I had given my gel to a friend with a huge, nasty bruise but knew I was going to have a horrible bruise after walking into the bureau. HARD.) I kept up the dosing as they taste just fine (little bits of sugar actually) and was amazed at how my muscle pain resolved quickly (I hadn't even counted on that) and I never did form a real bruise. As I take aspirin, I used to always have bruises all over me. I don't have a bruise on me today.
BTW, the surgery patient went back to her eye doctor and he said "Wow! You don't have a bruise on you. That's amazing."
She told him she took the Arnica and he smiled. Then he had to make the typical allopathic comment about "No controlled studies proving Arnica's utility."
Right, unless you count the 100 + years of Homeopathic experience with it. So patronizing, some of these guys.

The only reason, Mr. M.D., that there isn't a "controlled study", at least one you might have read, is that there isn't any huge money in it for the pharmaceutical giants.
So, this is not to be construed as medical advice, but if you would like to try something benign to avoid or treat bruising and pain, give it a try.
Remember to always tell your doctor and pharmacist about herbal or homeopathic meds!

I wish they would have made the ingredients available to check out on Amazon before I selected this item. If I had seen the contents of it, I wouldn't have selected this item.Their proprietary blend:
Calcarea Carbonica -- usually used to treat conditions which involve complaints of cold, a worsening of symptoms in cold weather, or cold sensations
Ferrum Metalicum -- often used by well-built people who look healthy but who tend to be weak, feel the cold, and suffer from circulatory problems or anemia.
Graphites 30 c --used to help reduce scars
Kiali Carbonica -- most commonly used as a homeopathic remedy for pain and feeling of weakness in the lower back.
Natrum Muraticum -- supposed to be used in the treatment of chronic conditions. Used for depression, extreme stress, nervousness, emotional excitation, and emotional distanceNot my kind of "weight loss" aid.

(More customer reviews)I must admit, the first thing I was drawn to with this product was the price. With most diet products costing anywhere from $25 to $35 and up I noticed the resonable $19.00 price tag (and that's for a 2 pack!) and decided to investigate further. I knew I was going to have to get something as summer was coming and my will power to kick start a diet is pathetic. I was trying another product which cost almost $40 but had so much caffeine in it I had to throw it out as it had made me cranky, fussy, sleepless and just plain mean. As I looked at this product I saw it was homeopathic with no ephedra or caffeine. Sounded too good to be true but with my desperation and with the products low price tag I thought I'd give it a shot.
First off, let me say I NEVER fill out these reviews when I buy from Amazon, but I am SO amazed with this product I felt I had to share. Not only does NaturalCare provide a diet aid that doesn't make me nervous, jittery, edgy or angry it provides a product I don't notice at all, except that I am simply not hungry. I don't know how to describe it other than that. Because there are no side effects and I didn't "feel" the product working for the first few days I thought it was another waste of money until I stopped and realized something: I wasn't hungry. I just wasn't. I actually had to remind myself to eat a little something to keep my metabolism going. I now keep some low carb/high protien bars around and dried fruit and nibble on it through out the day but otherwise that fighting myself standing at the open refridgerator door is gone. The resentful lunches with friends watching them eat burgers and pasta while I have ONE MORE SALAD are over. No hunger pains, no sweet cravings, and no sudden drop in effectiveness leaving me looking up from an empty bag of potato chips wondering what happened. So far I have lost 10 pounds and have been using the product for three weeks. It is simply the easiest, most non-intrusive diet aid I have ever used (and as a 40 year old man who has been over weight almost my whole life I have tried EVERYTHING) and I have all of my curious friends and family trying it as well. I obviously highly recommend it and I am looking into what other products NaturalCare provides.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this product in my interest for weight loss. I actually purchased this a couple of months ago and only tried it for a few times. It does not have any effect on weight loss. What's worse? I realized today that the outercoats of the capsules are made of plastic! By looking at it, you could tell it looks different... Normally, when you take a regular capsule and hold it in your hand for a few seconds, the capsule will begin to get sticky and, eventually, melt. This, however, only turned a little bit sticky. I first thought it was because the temperature of my hand was low so I held it longer and tighter. I even took out the powder stuff inside to have only the outercoat. Still, no sign of the outercoat melting. I tried to tear and break the outercoat, but it was very strong and thick, and I couldn't tear it at all. Then I tried the extreme; I took the capsule and placed it in between my straightening iron, which was already turned on for awhile. I checked a few minutes later and outercoat of the capsule is still there in perfect shape and condition. Zero signs of melting... Don't ever buy this! Why would you want to swallow pieces of plastic and let it stay or pass through your body devouring your organs?? If the high temperature of a straightening iron can't even break down the outercoat, how would your body be able to break it down? This product is not approved by the FDA and therefore it cannot be trusted. It does not help you lose weight or provide antioxidants.
