(More customer reviews)The research I did on hoodia products before I bought any indicated the spray works faster and better than the pills. I haven't tried the pills but I like how fast acting the spray is and that I don't have to digest any pills which might upset my stomach. I tried another hoodia spray product but like this one better. The cost is the most economical I have found and it comes in just a few days. A good product at a good price with good service---can't get any better than that! It does a good job of curbing my appetite too.

(More customer reviews)I have a ravinous appetite. Once I start eating - it's difficult to stop. Portion control means nothing to me. My weight has gotton to the point that I can't do the things I really enjoy like skiing and hiking.
This product is not a panecea. It doesn't take away any thought of food for me like it seems to for other people. I find it makes it much easier to plan for meals and eat the right amounts. One thing I discovered - heavier people need more product. It makes sense. So don't give up if you think it's not working - try taking more per day and well before the time you eat. The recommended 1 hour is not enough for me. It definitely makes a difference - I'm taking off 3-5 lbs per week.

It has taken a long time but I am finally at my pre-pregnancy weight but I want to lose more. One of the things that really worked for me was not eating past 7pm. So I eat bigger meals earlier in the day but stop eating past 7pm. Over the past 9 months this has been hard but especially so now that I am at my pre-pregnancy weight. And it is doubly hard when I am getting dinner ready for my girls.....I want to eat whatever I am fixing them. So I thought hoodia would help me curb my hunger and cravings that I get after 7pm. So far it really seems to be working. I did a lot of research and the Desert Burn brand is very highly rated on many websites. I liked the idea of the liquid as it is supposed to work faster. I had never tried hoodia before but this does seem to work and work fast. I put a dropper full into a small glass of water. It does not taste very good so I just shoot it back and follow it up with a glass of water. For the rest of the evening I do not have any cravings and I am not hungry. I just keep drinking water to stay hydrated. I took it the other day as I had to run out and did not have time for breakfast and it really kept my hunger away for about 4 hours. I think I will keep taking it until I get to my new goal weight. I do not feel jittery or anything while taking it....it just seems to turn my hunger button off.

I use them to suppress the hunger, and then when I still feel like eating, I know it is not real hunger but my usual food fixations. It helps me psychologically anyway, to interpret my feeding feelings! Also, they work best if you do not eat one hour before and after taking. (Drinks don't count, that doesn't seem to affect anything.) I love the taste, and can't tell much difference between the sugar-free and regular ones...sugar-free are only about 6 calories less. It is a very dark chocolate, so if you don't like dark you probably won't care for.

I dont get why so many. couldnt they make the pills more concentrated?? so you take less. Well I will give it a shot.

I would say, I felt hungry more often than before; And never before did I feel hungry before going to sleep nor did I woke up in the middle of the night out of thirst... In the end, I ended up gaining 2.5 extra pounds. My appetite might have increased due to quitting smoking, that's why I needed help - and this product did not help me at all. I'm very disappointed.
