This product is so lame, I do not know how else to put it! Very disappointing, so I just went back to NaNoX9 Hardcore and Jack3D, so sorry I left and wasted my time(2 weeks)switching and trying this dud of a product... my wife liked the color of the pills though if nothing else. Save your time and money guys!

(More customer reviews)do you believe in miracles well this nor any supplement works miracles in fact this supplement or any supplement cannot work for everybody. my experience with NO supplements has been mostly positive nothing earth shattering yet. my only complaint is how many capsules are needed reducing this 180count countainer to less than 30days of use. effective yes, easy to swallow and no problem with the shipment/vendor. so i find it does give me a slight pump -n- swole and increased minimal strength and recovery along with creatine. one can go broke supplementing so keep it simple something to aid in recovery like glu a decent NO & creatine and you'll have it going on.

(More customer reviews)I bought this supp based on the fact that it had very little negative feedback over the internet, but as usual I was not expecting it to be a miracle pill, which is not, however, after a week of taking it and the TST Powercell, I can confirm you feel results from the second or third day onwards; doubt it is placebo effect, as I have taken other supps in the past without any, in addition, when you lift more weight than usual and for more reps, there is very little room for placebo effect, it does work, but again, it is not a wonder pill. As your tst levels increase, you need to hit the gym, otherwise it would do very little for you. I will certainly buy another pack to complete my 8 week cycle.UPDATE - 26 May: I am now half way the the second pack to complete the 8-week cycle; this second half is a must!!!!, I was happy with the 4 weeks f the first pack but this second month so far is great, I have doubled the weight of dumbbells in bicep curl, chest and shoulder press, and have added 50% more weight in bench press and squats from where I left after the first 4 weeks. Can't wait to take the 4-6 week break to start again.

Since the product grabs the fat from the source (GI) you might experience stomach cramps and what not. But it goes away. Also, stay away from caffeinated drinks if you are going to take this product. One caplet has as much caffeine as 2-3 cups of coffee. So get your java taste some other way.

"Palo Alto Labs is conducting this recall after being informed by representatives of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that lab analysis by FDA of Aspire36 and Aspire Lite samples found that the products contained Aildenafil in trace amounts and Dimethyl sildenafil thione (sulfoaildenafil) a purported analog of Sildenafil, an FDA-approved drug used as treatment for male Erectile Dysfunction (ED)."
In other words, after the recall, Pala Alto Labs changed the formula and removed the DRUG Sildenafil (think Viagra) from the mixture, thus removing the "magic" qualities of this wonder pill. Save your money on this scam and get a prescription for the drug they (Palo Alto Labs) used illegally in the "effective batch" that used to work before it was banned.

Once the bottle was gone, I waited a week and started again with another bottle. Keeping everything pretty much the same, I kept getting leaner around the midsection like I was in my late teens early twenties when I worked out pretty religiously. Although my workouts are more intense, I don't spend as much time in the workout as I did when I was younger. I believe this product helped me break another plateau. I was not expecting much from this product, but it pleasantly surprised me. This is not a product that is going to give you massive muscle pumps, but I believe it jump started my old man body to think it was young again.
