Since the product grabs the fat from the source (GI) you might experience stomach cramps and what not. But it goes away. Also, stay away from caffeinated drinks if you are going to take this product. One caplet has as much caffeine as 2-3 cups of coffee. So get your java taste some other way.

(More customer reviews)I bought the 90 caps of Bulgarian Tribulus thinking I would quickly build stamina and increase my energy level but at first it didn't happen. I stopped taking one-a-day but continued to do cardio, diet and get in better shape. A couple months later I decided to try the remaining caps to increase my libido and try to wow the wife who had been away working for three weeks. This time I took 2 caps, one in the morning with my light breakfast and the other with lunch 4 hours later. Seriously the positive change in my feeling of well being, mood, and sexual stamina was off the charts. I told my wife that I had been taking the caps with my normal vitamin supplements and she said "Whatever you're taking it works!" In addition my workout and my running stamina have noticably increased. I have noticed I'm getting more cut with very little weight lifting. Not sure if there is a correlation but I have noticed this change in my body. I just reordered and will now take one-a-day. I have also noticed I am sleeping better more deeply since restarting taking Ultimate Nutritionn tribulus. I'm 48 years old.

I followed the directions and took 3 capsules 2x daily with no results. I tried taking 6 capsules once daily and still saw no results. This product is pretty pricey not to work. I've had better results and a fatter wallet using generic tribulus products.

(More customer reviews)I took this product as directed with a good diet of whey protein and DHEA. It took about 3 weeks before I noticed an improvement in energy and lean muscle mass. Once the bottle was gone, I waited a week and started again with another bottle. Keeping everything pretty much the same, I kept getting leaner around the midsection like I was in my late teens early twenties when I worked out pretty religiously. Although my workouts are more intense, I don't spend as much time in the workout as I did when I was younger. I believe this product helped me break another plateau. I was not expecting much from this product, but it pleasantly surprised me. This is not a product that is going to give you massive muscle pumps, but I believe it jump started my old man body to think it was young again.
