(More customer reviews)This is my first week so I can only say so much. But the difference Ive noticed within the first 3 days is the energy level. It has really given me a boost. I use to nod off as soon as I sat on my couch cause I was spreading myself too thin. After 3 days I was feeling great, and even had to make myself go to bed some nights even though I was no longer over exhausted. And I dont feel "Jittery" or "wired" the way having too much coffee tends to.
I am unsure of the wight lost yet cause I just started so I will add on that aspect later. But I do follow the booklet thats included in the box. Its tells you how to exercise without strain, and eat healthy while taking the drink. It says to walk every other day and increase your walk roughly by 5-10 min ea. day. Ex: Mon-15min, skip tues, weds-25min and so forth.
I do admit it also curbs hunger. I went to mcdonalds and got a grilled chicken with no mayo or any fillers like that and I could only eat 3 bites. I wasnt hurngry at all so I fed the rest to my aunts dog! Many women complain it made them hungery but I learned that happes when you wait too long after the drink to get something to eat, then the tummy rumble comes in full force and its very uncomfortable cause its more intense. Eat within an Hr to an Hr & a 1/2 and you should be fine.
And lastly the taste is not bad but if its unbarable adding another 4 oz helps kick it down a notch but to get the full effect I use the reccomended 16oz. It has an ok taste, that almost similar to a sugar free, "light", or sugar substitue drink ( like with splenda/equal/sweet & low)well thats what it would taste like if your use to pure grain sugar like myself. The after taste is non existing if you can chug down big gulps at a time oppose to sippig it real slow to avoid the taste stayin on your tounge - thats when it get nasty. Oh & the colder the water the better & easier it is to go down the hatch! Well thats my findings so far - Good luck ladies, I will meet u at the slim line! :-)

Quick update: I have stopped taking this drink in June of this year (2009). The weight loss was pretty good, while taking this and changing my diet I did lose a total of about 35lbs which was way more than I wanted to lose but the extra didnt hurt. I stopped because I didnt want to lose too much weight and be a rail. Anyway I eased myself off the drink because a sudden decline or an abrupt stop in any diet supplement makes your weight come back X's 2!! So be careful. I exercised a little more than often while weinning myself off the stuff. I have gained back 5lbs of the 35 but thats because I stopped but thats minor, it couldve been more so Im goin to shut up about that part. Now that I am back to usual I still maintain my diet and I exercise faithfully at the gym with a trainer. Ive been maintaining my weight so far.
