I suffer from PMDD and around this time of the month I gain between 10 to 15 lbs as I suffer from severe water retention and constipation. Laxatives and fiber tablets do not work for me. I now use diuretics and one or two cups of this tea to feel relief. The nurse in my doctors office was shocked when I lost 12 pounds in the span of a week. CAUTION: This tea should not be taken lightly as SEVERE cramping can occur with misuse.
