On my first day of trying this with B-Complex sublingual drops, I had so much energy that I thought I had OD'd on the two combined. Thank God I hadn't. From that point on, I've been hooked. It really helps with appetite. I honestly had to remind myself to eat! I cannot endorse this product enough.
