(More customer reviews)I don't know much about dieting or weight loss pills but I do know that carb blocker ultra worked very well for me. I am extremely happy with the product I lost 16 lbs so far in 35 days and didn't change my eating habits or my daily exercise at all. I cant imagine the results if I would combine this product with a jog everyday. The only negative I have is I'm always running to the bathroom because they recommend 8-10 glasses of water a day while on these pills. But that's okay considering 15 more lbs and ill be the same weight as when I graduated high school in 94!
