(More customer reviews)This is more a brochure than a "chart" -- I expected more detail and examples. The "chart" is 8 1/2 x 8 and is simply detailed at best. It costs $1.95 -- but, stupidly, I ordered it, before realizing that shipping costs were $5.95. The rest of the #10 envelope came with "Nature's Brands" product catalog. For the $10 this cost me, I could have purchased an entire book with far more relevant information. Don't buy this, this product is not worth the costs involved -- better information can be had elsewhere.
