(More customer reviews)To be honest, I am not the person consuming this. My son is in the Navy and is stationed far from home. He received some samples of this with a protein mix I had sent him. He works out often and he liked drinking this after his workouts. Since he isn't exactly rolling in money, I use Amazon's subscribe and save service to send him this every couple of months. He really likes it and says it tastes great.
