GyneFlex with VTP (R) - Firm Strength Review

GyneFlex with VTP (R) - Firm Strength
Average Reviews:

I used the regular strength pair several times a week for a couple of months to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles then I stepped up to the firm strength exerciser pair and now am in maintenance mode doing sets maybe once or twice a week. I do a set with the firmer of the regular strength pair (#4) first, then switch to the lower of the firm strength pair (#5) for a set and then finish up with a set using the firmer of the firm strength pair (#6). My impressions: #4 is easy now. #5 is doable yet takes some effort, and #6 feels like I'll never total master it, but it's something stronger than #5 to keep increasing strength with. It makes sense that there would need to be at least one firmness level that would remain very challenging. Orgasms remain intense for me, which is awesome. My partner remains thrilled. Bladder issues remain in the past, which is so so nice also!! This really is a great, life-enhancing personal product. Sure it requires a time commitment. I set aside 15 or so minutes a couple of mornings a week before getting out of bed. I think I'm worth it and the benefits are worth it. Along with the exercisers' various after-use benefits, they can also be used directly for creative self-pleasure. Why not enjoy a little a bonus after completing a good workout?

Centrum Chewables Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement, Tablets Review

Centrum Chewables Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement, Tablets
Average Reviews:

These chewables are easy to take and take pretty decent. It contains 100% of most of your vitamins. If you are wondering, this vitamin does contain iron and also a little vitamin K. If you need to avoid these two ingredients, (some people cant take iron) there are other vitamins available without them, but otherwise, this is a good basic vitamin for most people that is easy to chew (one tablet per day), and its cheap. I do recommend them.

GyneFlex with VTP (R) - Light Strength Review

GyneFlex with VTP (R) - Light Strength
Average Reviews:

Seems to be doing the job intended for but I wish I would have ordered the medium strength one as the light seems to be too light for the first time. Even with the 2 in the box I am already up to the second one after only 4 days of use. With this item being so expensive I will not be able to buy the medium strength for at least 6 months from now. So If you think you will need to start out with the light I urge you to consider buying the medium.

Hypnobabies Home Study Course for Expectant Mothers Plus 2 Bonus Cds Review

Hypnobabies Home Study Course for Expectant Mothers Plus 2 Bonus Cds
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I bought this course because I really wanted an unmedicated labor and I needed reassurance and confidence that I could get through it since it was my first child. This course really helped me to feel confident enough to get through the whole thing without any fear whatsoever, but I had no interest in using the Hypnobabies techniques during my labor because it was much easier for me to relax when I didn't listen to anything or anyone.
For confidence, Hypnobabies is great. However, I don't want women to think that the only way they can get the labor they want is with Hypnobabies. In reality, I didn't need to buy this kit in order to avoid an epidural. I don't think it really made my drug-free labor possible, but it may have helped. I followed the course faithfully and practiced regularly, but my labor was not pain-free. Hypnobabies never attempts to tell you that back labor with a posterior baby is pain-free. Instead, it tells you techniques to get the baby turned around. Unfortunately, none of those techniques got my baby turned, even with a doula helping. I don't blame Hypnobabies for this. My baby was just too low to be turned. I can honestly say I felt no pain at all in my belly for the entire 8 hours of my labor, but I felt such strong pressure on my back that the only thing that helped was counterpressure. Luckily I had a good husband and doula to push on my back and knees for 5 hours straight.
My biggest complaint about Hypnobabies is the way the handbook is written. It's extremely unprofessional and I had a hard time taking it seriously. Everything is underlined, asterisked, capitalized, bolded, and exclamation-marked. I almost wished I could write them a letter asking if I could rewrite it for them. It also had a lot of filler that you can find in just about any book on labor. After I had my baby, I took the important parts and wrote it up for future reference, which ended up being about 2 pages long.
So, buy this if you need confidence and reassurance, but don't expect a professionally made course on hypnosis. Also, don't worry about the price because Hypnobabies will buy the course back from you for $75-$85, even if you buy it through Amazon.
UPDATE: Hypnobabies no longer buys it back, but the resale value is still high through other sources.

GyneFlex with VTP (R) - Regular Strength Review

GyneFlex with VTP (R) - Regular Strength
Average Reviews:

I have had 3 babies in the past 6 years (one was 10lbs!), and things just weren't the same down there......I had been doing kegels as advised by my obgyn (or so I thought) after a bad cold this fall, and peeing my pants everytime I sneezed or coughed, I realized that something had to be done. I found the most positive reviews on this set, so I tried it. Here are the pros and cons
Pros
Super easy to use- read the booklet and do it, very easy to use
Doing the kegels correctly- I thought I was doing them before, but after using this product, I realize I wasn't- you can FEEL the difference, when I first started, I could only hold one for a count of 3, now i can hold for a count of 20
Longer orgasms- Thats right, ladies! After a few weeks of use, orgasms now last a long time, at least three times as long as before- to the point of having to stop them. This probably should be the first Pro....
Increased vaginal control- My husband enjoys this Pro
Increased urinary control- Marked increase in control of bladder (no longer peeing when i laugh hard, some sneezes, though)
Cons
Time consuming- This is not quick, to do the reccommended 3 sets of 20 "reps" with a ten second hold for each one, takes a lot of time, 15- 20 min. I have been doing only 40, because they reccommend doing it nighly untill you achieve the desired results, and then 3x a week to maintain it. 60 justs takes too long to do every night, I'd probably skip it often if I did the whole "workout"
Not complete control- I still have a bit of peeing when i sneeze, so its not a "cure all" but it is definitely better.
In all- great product, pros outweigh the cons, worth the money, effort, and time. The only thing that keeps it from getting 5 stars is the time reccommended, and the complete bladder control ( wich it claims) However, its only been 1 month, so its possible it will get better
