(More customer reviews)These chewables are easy to take and take pretty decent. It contains 100% of most of your vitamins. If you are wondering, this vitamin does contain iron and also a little vitamin K. If you need to avoid these two ingredients, (some people cant take iron) there are other vitamins available without them, but otherwise, this is a good basic vitamin for most people that is easy to chew (one tablet per day), and its cheap. I do recommend them.

TwinLab - Daily One Caps with Iron Review

(More customer reviews)Many years ago, I did a lot of research trying to decide which multi-vitamin would be the best one for me, and chose TwinLab Daily One.
I don't like taking pills since I have trouble swallowing them, so I ruled out any that needed to be taken more than once a day, even though it really is more beneficial to take vitamins in divided doses.
My other requirements were:
1. Capsules, because they are fully assimilated in the body, unlike most pressed tablets that also require additional unwanted fillers.
2. Must contain at least minimally optimal amounts of the most beneficial vitamin/mineral/supplements.
3. Quality/Reputable Company. An MD (not affiliated with, or endorsing TwinLab) noted that TwinLab uses pharmaceutical quality ingredients and processing methods. I'm sorry I don't remember who it was (but it was in a book I was was reading about a specific health issue that this Dr. also experienced), but I thought I should mention it because it did influence my decision to purchase this.
3. Affordable
Notes:
1. I usually get TwinLab Daily One Caps Multi-Vitamins and Multi-Minerals without Iron, Capsules, 180-Count Bottle and alternate them with these because I don't want to get too much iron, but I don't eat many iron-rich foods, so depending on my diet I take these a few times a week.
2. I do recommend and supplement these with 2x's/day Carlson Laboratories - Norwegian Cod Liver Oil Lemon, 16.8 fl oz liquid for important Omega-3's and Chewable Calcium Citrate with Magnesium that I get from VitaCost. There are other supplements that I take, but I think these seem to be the most universally important to note.
3. If you don't mind taking them twice a day, TwinLab Daily Two Caps, with Iron, Capsules, 180 capsules or TwinLab Daily Two Caps, without Iron, Capsules, 180 capsules are a good choice.
Bottom Line: If you are looking for a once-a-day multiple vitamin I recommend this one or the one without iron.

(More customer reviews)Okay, if you're like me than you're the guy who always tries to get the orange Skittles, the orange jelly bean or the orange Starburst. It's been a subtle disappointment to me that Halls insists on doing vitamin c in assortments of lemon, grapefruit and orange, so the odds are always stacked against me.
Finally, I can have the Vitamin C I want and the orange flavor I prefer. And believe me these taste great as gummies in their own right. Quite apart from "tasting great for a vitamin," this is only healthy treat that could be sold on its taste alone.

I'm male, 26 years old, 180 lbs. I have somewhat chronic constipation as a result of a high-fat diet, and have for the last year or so, only had a bowel movement once every three days. I started using soluble fiber supplements such as psyllium husks and benefiber, both of which have helped a great deal, but not allowed me to reach my goal of a daily BM. Unifiber really pushes stool right on through you in a way that soluble fiber isn't able to. The directions state to take it 3 times a day, I have only used it when constipated, and a dose of 1-2 servings has never failed to produce a prompt bowel movement (1-3 hours). I have not had to take it everyday, though I have had decent BMs every day since I first started taking it. I do still use soluble fiber everyday because we need that as well. This product has a mild, weird taste when mixed with only water. I would not describe it as pleasant but it's not so bad as to deter you from taking it, and the taste is masked completely when mixed with fruit juice. It dissolves instantly with stirring.

The B12 Energy formula tastes the best, I have all the Slife of Life products at home. I find that it's much easier to remember to take vitamins when they taste great - they are now my after-dinner evening snack! The only thing to note is that these things melt very easily, so I would not have them shipped to a location with high temps. The first batch I ordered from another online company were completely melted into one big glob, as they sat outside my house all day in the heat. I have since ordered them and they arrived fine, I'm very happy with my purchase. These are worth every penny!

Vitafusion Fiber Gummies Weight Management, 90-Count Bottle Review

(More customer reviews)Probably my new fave Vitafusion product. I've tried their multi Vites and the Vitamin D, and they all taste great. But I was wondering if the Fiber Vitafusion Fiber Gummies would taste funky. Nope. Taste just as yummy as the other VitaFusion products, but FIVE GRAMS OF FIBER for two gummies. Wow.
I normally get plenty of fiber, since I eat a lot of produce, whole grains, and legumes (mmm...beans...). But occasionally, there's a day I indulge in pizza or junk food and don't get my legumey or enough whole grain fiber. These fill that gap when I don't make it to 30 grams of fiber a day (my goal is no less than 25 and optimally 30+). I never have issues with irregularity, and I don't WANT issues with irregularity, so these are part of my fiber quest now.
So, yumsy. Though they don't tell you to specifically, I do recommend a glass of water or more when you take these to keep things moving nicely.
Each gummy has five calories. These do contain sucralose, green tea extract, coconut oil, and beeswax. So, anyone who has issues with those should avoid. Since gelatin is an ingredient (duh, gummies), these may not be Vegan-Friendly, so a heads up there.
