8-7-10 I sat at 380 LBS and even at 6,6 it wasn't pretty...I had a 56 inch waist and backpain that cost me over $1500 most of that Summer. IT WAS TIME TO TAKE CONTROL!
These cookies are great!
8-29-10 As of right now I've lost 26 LBS and about 3 inches from my waist.
Real quick I'll lay out what I'm doing...
7 AM Breakfast Egg whites with 3 strips of Turkey bacon wrapped in a "Flat out" TM*
Over the next couple of hours { 2 and 1/2 but never 3 hours } I space in a quick 4 to 5 minutes sometimes less for a Cookie and 16 oz of water
By 5:45 - 6:15 PM Somewhere in there I have: 2 "Flat outs" TM* and 12 oz of Turkey Or Chicken or Shellfish or just fish with a few veggies on the side.
Around 9PM or so I have a 6th or 7th Cookie.
BED by 10:30 PM
Folks I've tried many many things BUT This is it! My Goal is to get back to around 240 or less...I'll let my body tell me when I'm there BUT You have to try this stuff.
P.S. I'll keep this updated so you guys can see that these things are still working...Hope you give these a shot :)

UPDATE: 10-6-2010 It was 60 days today and I've lost 52 pounds! Almost 7 inches from my waist. I've stonger in my weight training and my time in the pool in less than 9 weeks is great. This product is the best you will ever find for COST AND THAT IT WORKS. This past summer I lost 15 pounds maybe 20 with eDiets Food was great BUT { Hope your sitting down } 1 month with them cost me nearly $500. I have 9 more weeks of these cookies in my home and spent less than $300. You have to try these folks and just think of it like this...Do they taste good? How's it carrying that extra 50, 60 or whatever weight you need to lose.
Good Luck on what ever you set out to try I know that losing weight is hardest thing most of us ever do...I've found what I know will work for me.

UPDATE: 11/5/2010 --- Well, I'll keep this short folks but as of 90 days with this I've lost 71 pounds. I'll be back in another 4 or 5 weeks...Hopefully I'll drop another 20 or 25 lbs :)

I started pushing carts, lost 50 pounds, and went to college and gained 25 back. Go figure. I got real sick of life and eventually started researching pills. These were so cheap so I decided to give them a try (I love wasting money). I took probably 10 bottles of this stuff. I went from around 215 to 165 in about 4 months. Now mind you, I was on an extreme diet (probably around 1000 calories a day including my protein). I was also conditioning to be a boxer in those four months. I stopped taking the pills because I was satisfied. Well a year later comes around and I am back to 200. I don't care if these are sugar pills or fake or whatever, the placebo effect is worth this price. Taking these pills gives me more confidence I guess.

(More customer reviews)This is the second time I have used this 'Smart For Life' diet. I went on it about a year and a half ago. I lost almost 50lbs in 3 months. Since then I have slipped and gained back 15. I'm on it again and this time it will be for only a month or so.
I have read a lot of negative reviews about this diet, most of them from people who were unsuccessful and tried to modify the course.
READ THE DIRECTIONS!
It is very simple: One cookie and one 16oz bottle of water every 2 hours. I nibble on the cookie and sip the water. I try and take as long as possible with eating. My schedule is 8am, 10, 12, 2, 4, and a light dinner at 6. the last cookie at 8pm if needed. For dinner I usually have chicken breast and vegetables. Or canned soup with frozen vegetables added. I drink a lot of crystal light too. Be careful with sweets including no calorie sweet things. The sweets stimulate your hunger.
READ THE DIRECTIONS. You will lose your hunger after the first day or so. Count your Carbohydrates. You want to stay under 100 grams a day. Six cookies at 105 calories each and a 300 to 400 calorie meal equals 900 to 1,000 calories a day. There is no way you will not lose weight unless you cheat.
I like the Oatmeal cookie. The chocolate chip were too sweet for me and the blueberry tasted too artificial. I wrap them in a paper towel and microwave for 10 seconds. I originally bought the big kit which had soup and shakes. I still have the soup and shakes. Uck!
I also take vitamins twice a day and some fiber tablets. You will lose a lot of bulk and may become constipated.
Take a little walk every day, I walk out from my house for ten minutes and then turn around and walk back.
My blood pressure dropped 15 points, my glucose went down under 100. I weigh myself first thing in the morning and record it on a calendar. It is just amazing to watch the pounds fall off.

I had been counting all my calories (1100 to maybe 1200 a day max with very low fat foods, yet according to a professional nutrionist and my doctor, I should be able to eat 1400 calories a day and lose 1 to 2 pounds a week for my age, weight, activity, etc.). I was eating balanced food groups, aerobically walking 2.8 miles a night, and doing additional exercise classes a few times a week. So, I should have been losing a lot of weight, right? I wasn't, I was barely losing 1 or 2 pounds a month (yes, a month, not a week like I should have been for normal weight loss). I'd been doing this for months and wanted to scream at the lack of progress. Why wasn't it working????
Well, I went to a health seminar at my local health food store and met a wonderful doctor who explained what was wrong to me (yes, she works for New Chapter, but it appears she knew her stuff and was right... read on). If you gained weight under stress, according to her, and you were not eating healthy, your body developed excess toxins, more than it could process and expel (i.e. potty out ). To protect yourself from the toxins, your body stored the toxins in fat cells surrounded by other fat cells like a prison. She said that when you burn those cells, you release those toxins back into the body. So, your body is going to resist burning those fat cells last after anything else. So, if you are dieting (eating low calorie, low fat and balanced meals) and exercising (30 minutes 4 to 5 times a week), and you're still not losing, she said this phenomenon or condition is probably why. In order to encourage your body to let you burn those cells, you need to pump up the antioxidants (to help process the toxins) and you need to encourage the thermogenics (to encourage the burning of fat). You also need to reduce stress and balance blood sugar levels (to prevent new toxins from being stored) ....
Okay, so that is all the gobblety-gook about why I tried it and what she said this product did. Well, who really knows about all that? I don't know, and no I don't work for the company or have any interest in them. But, what I can tell you, is this. I tried it. I was doing the same eating, same exercising,... first week ... lost 4 pounds and I have continued to lose at 2 to 4 pounds a week (averaging three a week). I am thrilled. Is that superfast? No. But it is like 300 to 400% faster than I was losing before and I've not done anything differently. In fact, I now have a couple hundred extra calories more a day (approx. 1400 calories a day) and I am still losing at least 2 pounds a week. Also, family and friends have commented on how much healthier I'm looking (good coloring to my complexion and stuff like that) and everyone is commenting on my noticeable weight loss. I've lost even more inches than the weight on the scale would suggest. So, I am pleased. P.S. It was nice to learn that the company also professes to be ecologically responsible.
I can't guarantee this will work for you, but it sure is working for me. It isn't cheap, but it's been worth every penny I've spent so far. Good luck to you!
