(More customer reviews)I am an MD myself. Like to try alternative meds. This one works, but not greatly. At 3 or 4 caps I have less of a tendency to think about food, and a subtle decrease in appetite. I decided to give it a 3 month shot; will try to report back as to if I lose any weight. 1 or 2 is useless, so this can get expensive.
