(More customer reviews)I tried using this at the recommended dosage and got headaches, but using at a dose of a single capsule in the morning I had no side effects. I didn't really think it was doing anything much, although I was successfully losing weight with a diet and exercise plan. When the bottle ran out, I stopped taking it. Within a few days, I noticed a significant increase in stomach rumblings and cravings, urges for midnight snacks, and so on. So I'm back for more until I reach my target weight, and will probably wean off of it slowly (every other day, then every 3rd day) when I'm ready.
