(More customer reviews)I disagree with the reviewer who left this product only one star. I've also sampled many a protein shakes. If you follow the directions, mixing the powder well with only one ice cube, even without the blender, I think you have as much as you could hope for in a protein shake. It's a great addition to my health kick, as I'm trying to cut some calories and this helps, safely. I bought it directly from vitacost.com. Also, you can go with only one scoop say for breakfast and for a lunch shake do the two scoops as recommended. Still tastes great.
