(More customer reviews)I have been using this product for a little over a month now along with the African Mango Extreme. I'm very pleased with this product. It is not a harsh cleansing product like some others that I have tried over the years. I feel that this product gives me a little boost in energy and keeps me going through the day. I've also been very "regular" which I think is directly related to using this product. I've been using the African Mango Detox along with African Mango Extreme and I've lost approximately 8 lbs. over the last month with moderate exercise and very little change to my diet....granted, I do not drink soda and have tried to stay away from sugar as much as possible. I take two of these in the morning along with 1 of the African Mango Extreme capsules, then I take another African Mango Extreme right before lunch. I am on my second order of these products and would recommend them.
