(More customer reviews)This product taste best when ice cold. Mix half and half water and milk. Ive been taking this for 2 months and dropped 20.lbs of fat. I eat this in place of lunch. I've never felt better. Mixes best in a blender. I usually add apple slice or banana with ice cubes. When i'm not home I use a mixer cup. Have to mix it in small increments due to the thickness.
