(More customer reviews)This tea it's really great in the middle of the morning instead of coffee. I took it everyday before and during my exercise routine. It is very refreshing, is kind of bitter (green tea and mate tea) but I like it that way.
Be careful if you have a tachycardia condition, or if you are very sensitive in your nervous system (as I am) because if I take this with Total Control they give arrhythmia, so I have to take it early in the morning before eating.
Another thing, is that one day I took it with my dinner, and Oh God! I couldn't sleep until 3 in the morning!!!!
Anything but that, it's great and really works!
