(More customer reviews)I love this stuff! I make it into a smoothie, using soy milk as a base and adding flax seed meal and fruit or tofu or peanut butter, along with a trayful of ice. When I add peanut butter, I don't feel any hunger until late afternoon.
Because of the meds I'm on, it's a triumph for me just to stay even and not gain weight. With a shake every morning I can actually lose weight, albeit slowly. I'm so happy to have found it!
