I've looked through a lot of multi-vitamins, compared ingredients, and prices and this multivitamin preforms with vitamins that are twice its price. This is a great multi-vitamin for an active man who wants to stick to a budget.
Yes, you must eat food with these. I made that mistake once, while heading to my 8AM class I took these real quick because I knew I was eating breakfast after class. I had to walk out during the middle of class to drink water and let the feeling and sweating pass. But if you take them with any food this is not a problem.
My preferred method to take them is to take two in the mornings and one later in the day if I have been very active that day.
