(More customer reviews)I don't mind taking one or two vitamins a day but at one point I was filling a cup with the various supplements I wanted to take and pill time became a chore. I don't have arthritis but I wanted to take glucosamine/chondroitin because I am sort of tall and I like to do some high impact stuff and little bit of weights and this supplement is supposed to be good for; lubricating joints, cartilage, bones, and connective tissue. I decided to try this drink as I explored other options besides cup o' pills and I was very pleasantly surprised. It tastes like any fruit juice blend I would buy for taste and the raspberry apple variety in particular is a delicious combination. I prefer to drink this cold but there is no indication that refrigeration is required.
Each 8oz bottle contains;
30 calories,
8g carbohydrates,
3g sugar,
2,000iu vitamin D3,
300mg of Calcium,
1,500mg glucosamine,
1,200mg chondroitin.
The pack comes with 6 bottles.
