(More customer reviews)To be fair, I got this product because I thought I could use it in emergency food supplies. Bread products with long storage life are hard to find. For its intended special uses it may do very well. For my purposes, I found baking bread and Mountain House Pilot Bread to be better solutions. I gave it three stars because it did perform as described but I did not care for the flavor or lack of firmness. Some more experimenting might have led to improvements in flavor and how well it worked for sandwiches.
