I have worked in a large hospital for over 30 years and at first was swayed by what doctors told me about "The Weight Loss Cure" so I paid no attention to it. My sister had given me the book for Christmas and I ended up reading it and in the course of 16 months I lost 240 pounds and am FINALLY at a normal body mass index and totally healthy from head to toe. You have to realize that doctors, especially in the mainstream, don't WANT you to do anything but what "they" claim is best for you. However, it has been my experience that a large number of physicians are arrogant and greedy and have very tiny little closed minds outside of the scope of their general field of practice. My own physician told me I would be an idiot to read this book and use it to lose weight. However, here I am today, 240 pounds lighter, have passed a full physical including blood work, passed a full cardiology workup including treadmill test, and have come out clean as a whistle with full resolution of hypertension and prediabetic status.
Needless to say, I fired my doctor and established with one who has an open mind and works with me based on MY decisions, not vice versa!

You dont view a Cheeto the same way when you are done. Experienced lots of energy, overall good feeling, flat tummy, felt ready to start my nutrition over with no junk food. Booklet very helpful, and instructions great and fiber and detox pills kept me a little full. Follow the instructions and you will feel great. All natural products. A little pricey but you can do several detox with one box. My husband and I have done them around Jan. 2 and after the July 4th.

My local herbal store recommended taking 3 boxes of this without a break to truly work, I'll definitely be following her advice.
I figure I must have picked up stuff in Mexico or the Caribbean during one of our vacations. Bottom line try it if you think you may it works pretty fast you can make a decision to continue after doing the first 10 days I know my energy levels went WAY up after only a couple days.
I'm sleeping way better too.

I mix it w/ a handful of frozen berries and peaches or bannanas. It make a very good smoothie. It has helped also to level out my blood sugar. My hair, skin, and fingernails are so much healthier. (More customer reviews)I have done the Sambu 10-day deep cleanse every year for 15 years, sometimes twice in a year. The 10-day cleanse omits all solid foods and you subsist on what's in the kit. There is the elderberry juice sweetened with honey that you mix with water, the tea, the fiber you mix with the juice in place of meals, etc. The first couple of days are hard as in headaches from detoxing the blood and kidneys, but by day 4, I'm feeling so good about what I've accomplished and no lack of energy. I recommend starting on a Friday so you have the weekend to adjust and observe how you feel. By Monday, you'll be back at work and ready to tackle whatever comes your way. By day 10, I feel so good my sense of smell in particular is heightened, it's a good jump start to a weight loss plan. You start back into solid foods again slowly, and the flavors really jump out at you, you can use less spice/salt/sugar without feeling like you are sacrificing. I lose an average of 12-15 pounds each time. There are modified versions of this diet that allow you to eat food and there are 3-day kits and 5-day kits if the 10 day seems intimidating.
