Sunfood Nutrition Eating for Beauty by David Wolfe Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I read this book and most of the other books by David Wolfe and he knows his stuff and has much insight that he can share with people. If you want an easy read with great information, I recommend this book. He breaks down sections by minerals and superfoods and how they benefit parts of your body. Also has great recipes. My favorite book to date is his sunfood diet (just amazing and loaded with so much info that I took a whole week to finish it cause I couldn't put it down).

Genumedi® KNEE SUPPORT WITH SILICONE PATELLA-RING, Beige Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Don't hesitate to spend the money on this knee support. I need to buy a new one soon and the only reason is because it's started to look a little nasty after 15 years of on-and-off wear whenever I got a flareup of the pain in my right knee from an old injury to the cartilage under my kneecap. Other than how it looks it is still intact, in great shape and works after all that time. I get immediate pain relief putting on this knee support and it's comfortable and flexible enough for a full range of movement and even to sleep in. All other knee braces cause me more pain instead of helping, because they are too rigid and press downward on the kneecap.

Flabs 2 Abs 30 Day Body Transformation Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Flabs 2 Abs: 30 Day Body Transformation is a diet, exercise, and weight training DVD designed to promote weight loss and improve overall fitness through positive lifestyle changes. The hosts themselves show step by step how they improved their bodies and lost 25 pounds over a 30 day period. Flabs 2 Abs opens with a nutrition program structured around eating five small meals daily, each roughly 3 hours apart, and emphasizing the selection of healthy foods. The exercise program begins with recommendations for cardio that revolve around taking walks. (Light jogging or a workout on an elliptical machine also fit with the program). The weight training section is optional; six workouts are presented, and each can be modified according to the viewer's needs and physical limits. Exercises that require space-consuming equipment can be skipped in favor of exercises that require little or no equipment; incorporating as much of the weight training segment as possible into one's program promotes improved muscle tone. Overall, Flabs 2 Abs is a very well-rounded fitness program, adaptable to viewers of all skill and experience levels, and enthusiastically recommended. 90 min.

Saki-Hikari Fancy Goldfish Color Sticks - 7 oz Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)By far this is the most amazing food to feed your goldfish. I have been feeding my goldfish Saki-Hikari Fancy Goldfish color sticks for 2 months and they have already tripled in size. The color of my ryukin is amazing and his hump is so large. He truly looks like he is show quality (and I purchased him from petsmart). My calico ribbon tail and sakuri fantail are brilliant. I use this food along with Omega One goldfish food, peas and gelfood that I made myself, to ensure they are getting a balanced diet. This food is worth the price. Your fish will love it and you will be amazed at the growth and color of your pets.

Protidiet Cinnamon Spice High Protein Instant Oatmeal (7 Pouches) Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)If you are looking for oatmeal with added protein this product is not for you. In fact i would not call this product "oatmeal". It is a protein powder with oatmeal flavoring. I am sure that if you are on a very restrictive diet (which i am not) this product may be a great(15g of protein for only 90 calories). But if you are looking for great flavor you will not find it in these oatmeal packets.
the pros and cons:
Pros:
90 calories per serving 15g of protein
Cons:
Flavor
watery consistency.

IDS - New Whey Liquid Protein 26g - 12 Vial Case Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)The product does what it offers. I can't say it tastes great, because it doesn't. The liquid is not a true juice, more like a syrup like drink. But the bottom line is that if you don't have the time or ability to get a shake or other type of protein after a work out, these are great. Also, 25 grams is plenty for most people. I only use this after a work out where I'm on the go and don't have any other options. I recommend this product. Too bad the taste is not good or I'd give it a 5 star rating.

Kitchen Garden Cookbook by Steve Meyerowitz Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I bought this cookbook for my Twin Sister, her Husband is suffering from Diabete's and Menier's Desease. I was hoping the recipe's would be helpful to her as she prepares his meals for him on a very limited diet. She looked at the cookbook shortly after she got it, and was very dissapointed. She called and told me she was sorry about not being able to use it, It was hard to get the ingredients and complicated to prepare..she sent the book to me, and I would like to be able to send it back to you in hopes of getting a refund. I was dissapointed too, as It wasn't something she could have used to help her Husband stay on his very restrictive diet. Thank You, Janie Lien

Daily Detox Tea - Original Flavor by Wellements 30 Tea Bags Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I had tried other detox teas but have found that this one gets the job done. I am a person who is a non-insulin dependent diabetic /multiple ulcers/acid reflux/allergies. This tea gets in my system and cleans out everything that is not supposed to be there. Within 3 days I feel like a brand new person. I have also used this formula on my family for the last 10 yrs., especially @ the first sign of a flu or stomach virus attack. It has helped shorten the down time from work and school. By the way I have been medically discharged from any and all prescription medication for over seven yrs. now that I have made this tea a part of my health regimen.

Weight Loss Formula by Shim Labs Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I've tried everything, just as many people have. I don't want drugs but I sure need help controlling my cravings and weight. Weight Loss Formula by Shim Labs is perhaps one of the best answers I have ever found. I prefer the natural help that it gives me over caffeine pills and injections (ugh!). The biggest advantage for me is that I began an aerobic/weight training program a few weeks ago and I had a problem being extremely hungry after my sessions. Weight Loss Formula by Shim Labs keeps my cravings down and I am not worse off with hunger after a workout than before... if anything I have less of a craving to eat and I feel much better because of it.
