(More customer reviews)I blend one of these for lunch with water and strawberries on the days I hit the gym for an extended period of time (3 to 4 times a week). This is a great tasting, thick shake with a very good chocolate flavor - like drinking an ice cream shake. It's a great way to get lean protein (87% of your daily value for one packet) and it fills you up for quite a long time, with lower calories and only 3 grams of fat. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
