The taste is horrible, but you better stop being a little girl and just swallow it if you wanna get massive gains and pumps in the gym. The trick is to drink it fast and not sip on it. After taking this product, I'm always ready to lift the WORLD! It has increased my bench, and lifting power. I recommend this product to anyone who is serious about weightlifting. Besides, it works and its much cheaper than most of the other products out there.
