(More customer reviews)I ordered a tub of this stuff about a month ago, after being impressed with gaspari's superpump max. Being someone who burns through 2,000 calories a day doing almost nothing I needed a product that easily gave me the extra calories I needed between meals. Having tried quite a few products, I must say that not only does this stuff taste great(I went with the chocolate) but it also does exactly what it says. I didn't feel bogged down like I usually do after drinking any of the various protein formulas out there.
I've also noticed a considerable gain in muscle mass since I started taking this along with superpump max(sorry, I've yet to try this while not taking superpump. So I'm sure that has an effect on mass gain). Also I haven't really noticed any fat gain, though everyone's body is different. Like I said I have a very active metabolism, so I would start off with a lower serving at first to see where you're at in caloric needs. I usually mix it with whole milk, some fruit and peanut butter in a blender, but sometimes in a pinch I've just mixed it with water and it was delicious, though I do feel it was intended to be drank with complex carbs, the more the better. All in all, the amount of money you would spend buying the amount of food to get what this product offers would be a heck of a lot more. which in my opinion makes it worth it based on that alone.
