(More customer reviews)Since being diagnosed with a b12 deficiency, I've tried a few different brands of supplements to see what is the most effective. I would rank them this way:
1. Total Nutrition (which unfortunately doesn't seem to available on Amazon anymore)
2. GNC's house brand (Also not on Amazon)
3. Now B-12
4. Twin Labs
So of the brands I've tried that are available on Amazon, this is the better one. But it's still not great. The tablets are extremely hard, like a hard candy, and they take 20-30 minutes to dissolve under my tongue. They provide far less energy than Total Nutrition or GNC pills. (Though they're much better than Twin Labs.)
