(More customer reviews)I use this before lifting and running. It provides good pumps just like SuperPump and NO Explode, or better. Seems to work more quickly and last longer than the others. Recovery time is greatly reduced. When running, I don't get fatiged nearly as quickly, after 3 miles, I still feel like sprinting. Good stuff, I'll buy it again.
